De kaller det en taktisk tilbaketrekking. Caine Youngman, som gikk til rettssak mot staten Botswana fordi den har lovforbud mot homoseksualitet, har trukket søksmålet. En av Youngmans advokater, Uyapo Ndadi, sier at det er viktig å få støtte fra folket i Botswana før man går til rettssak. «Vi gir ikke opp saken.
