Med fare for å minne om gutten som ropte «Ulv, ulv!»: Nok en gang kan det virke som Ugandas parlament er på nippet til å vedta Anta-Homosexuality Bill. Lovforslaget, som vil innføre dødsstraff for gjentatt homoseksualitet og innføre fengselsstraff for å unnlate å tyste på homoseksuelle, er nå oppe på førsteplass på lista over «business to follow». Dette betyr at lovforslaget kan bli vedtatt onsdag eller torsdag denne uka. Men – som vi vet godt etter hvert – det kan også dale nedover «business to follow»-lista igjen. (Warren Throckmorton)
